Can I visit your store?

Our brick and mortar store is located within Convoy of Hope’s Global Headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. If you find yourself in the area, we’d love for you to take a tour of our facility and shop at Hope Supply Co.

What kinds of shirts do you print on?

Hope Supply Co. shirts are sourced from various vendors and manufacturers. But, regardless of where we get our shirts, we make sure they’re high quality.

Do you offer curbside or in-store pickup?

Although we are unable to offer in-store or curbside pickup at this time, we are happy to ship your order to you.

Do you sell your products wholesale?

If you’re interested in purchasing Hope Supply Co. products at wholesale, email us at info@hopesupplyco.com.

Is there an option to purchase items as gifts?

If you’d like to purchase an item as a gift, simply enter the recipient’s shipping address when you’re completing the purchase. (Please note that, at this time, we are unable to ship items within the same order to multiple addresses.)

Are purchases from Hope Supply Co. tax-deductible?

While donations to Convoy of Hope are tax-deductible as allowed by law, goods purchased from Hope Supply Co. are not. Although each purchase supports Convoy’s work, purchases from the store are not tax-deductible.

Who/what is the profit going to?

100% of the net proceeds from Hope Supply Co. directly benefit Convoy of Hope’s work around the world. Convoy of Hope is a humanitarian, faith-based organization with a driving passion to feed the world and bring help and hope to communities that need it most. They do this primarily through the following programs: Children’s Feeding, Disaster Services, Community Events, Agriculture, Women’s Empowerment, and Rural Initiatives.

Does Hope Supply Co. sell products that Convoy’s program participants make?

Convoy of Hope does not currently sell products that program participants make. If we have such offerings in the future, we will carefully consider the long-term effects on local businesses and communities.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on shipping location, weight, and how quickly you want your package. You’ll be able to select the method that works best for your timeline (and budget!) during the checkout process.

How long does it take to receive my order?

When checking out online, you will select the shipping method you’d like – and we will do everything within our control to honor and adhere to the time frame selected.

Can I track my package?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number when your order has shipped.

How do I return my purchase?

To return your purchase, follow the prompts in your confirmation email. You can also contact our team at info@hopesupplyco.com.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Nope! After you contact us about your return, we’ll email you a shipping label.

Do you ship internationally?

While we hope to offer international shipping in the future, at this time we are only able to offer shipping within the United States.

What is your return policy?

If you’re unhappy with a purchase, simply contact us at info@hopesupplyco.com and let our team know you’d like to make a return. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in the original packaging with tags still attached. We will provide you with a shipping label to return the goods. For inquiries on exchanges, please email us at info@hopesupplyco.com.

What do I do if an item from my order is missing or damaged?

We hope this never happens! But, if it does, please contact our customer service team at info@hopesupplyco.com and we will do everything we can to fix the situation.
